Bred Female Alpacas For Sale
As we expand our herd, from time-to-time we have some bred female alpacas for sale. This is usually because we already
have their genetics in our breeding program, and need to make room for animals from other bloodlines. The
fact that they are offered for sale does not imply that they are not of good quality - they are just superfluous
to our particular breeding program.

ARI #: 807141
DOB: 1/30/1997
Color: Medium Brown
Sire: Unknown
Dam: Unknown
Service Sire: Ruebarb's Malechi
Due date: 2010
|
Fresia is an imported Chilean female born Jan 30, 1997. She is a medium brown in color and
was registered May 31, 1999. Fresia is looking wonderful again this year. We are using fiber
nutrients and have noticed a vast improvement in all of our fleeces, especially Fresia's. She
has proved to be an easy birther with plenty of milk. She is the perfect alpaca for someone
just starting out and a little uneasy about birthing. Fresia has her crias without help and
usually it only takes one breeding to get her pregnant.
Even at the age of 13 her fleece is better than some younger girls and it spins into a
beautiful, soft, dark, rich brown, and knits up wonderfully. Fresia is bred to Ruebarb's
Malechi, a medium silver grey. We will be happy to work with you on financing - give us a
call.
This is Fresia's 2010 cria, a lovely little boy we called Micah.

Price for Fresia: $6,000, with breedback.

Cinnamon
 |
Full name: Ruebarb Cinnamon Gold
ARI #: 1244854
DOB: 10/30/2005
Color: Medium Fawn
Sire: Chase Tavern Lucas Gold
Dam: Tanya's Jewel
|
Cinnamon is the favorite on our farm. Her personality is sweet and she is wonderful to
handle. Our grandson, Zach halter trained her in a matter of days. She is a beautiful
color true to her name, Cinnamon. She won best handle in the WNYAB fleece show in 2006 over
all other entries. This year's fleece was dense and full of crimp. She has great confirmation.
Her sire is Chase Taverns Lucas Gold. Cinnamon loves attention and to be hugged. At the
Western NY Alpaca Show 2007 Cinnamon took a blue in her class. At the fleece show the judge
marveled at the softness of the handle of her fleece.
Cinnamon had a boy born on October 12 weighting in at 16lbs. We named her Prophecy's
Mirage. He is a fawn with the top of his back covered in a cinnamon brown. The
sire was The Alianza Prophecy of Sixth Day Farm. He has very fine consistent fleece with a
great staple length. Cinnamon has been bred to Peruvian Cosmos and is due in October.
We are looking forward to another cria with fantastic fleece. Call us - we will be happy to
finance.

Jewel

Full name: Tanya's Jewel
ARI #: 1086522
DOB: 5/23/2003
Color: Medium Fawn
Sire: Hemlock Brooks Golden Legend
Dam: QA11 Fresia Import098
|
Jewel is a dark fawn color with a wonderful personality.
The best way to describe her fleece color is that it is a bright cinnamon color. She
has passed on her color to both of her crias on the ground. She is special to us as she
suffered from meningeal worm and survived with just a little stiffness in her back
legs. Since that time she has given us three beautiful crias. First, Ruebarb
Cinnamon Gold and the following year a son by Peruvian Cosmos. She has passed on her
wonderful personality to both her offspring, as well as beautiful bright fleece with great
handle and crimp.
Jewel last gave birth on October 21,2008, once again proving
she is an easy birther. Daisy weighed in at 15 lbs and is a dark brown in color.
We waited to breed Jewel until now, to avoid a late fall delivery. Jewel is bred to
Peruvian Cosmos and will have her 2010 cria in September.
Call us - we will be happy to finance.
